Introduction
令和3年に行われた内閣府の調査によると、日本の高齢化率は28.8％。
この数字があらわすのは、日本が超高齢社会であるということだ。
そんな現代日本で起こった、新型コロナウイルスのパンデミック。
「大切な人のために」という美辞麗句のもと、人々は分断され、孤独を抱えた。
この作品では、一人暮らしの女性「ヨリコ」を通じて、現代に生きる 35 歳、65 歳、85 歳の女性たちの心情を描写し、日本が、そして世界が抱える問題について一石を投じる。
According to a recent report by the Cabinet Office, Japan has a super-aged society, where more than 28% of the population is over age 65.
During this circumstance, the COVID-19 pandemic occurred. People were advised to stay at home "for the sake of your loved ones."
This film portrays the emotions of 3 women, aged 35, 65, and 85, living in modern Japan, viewed by a lonely woman named "Yoriko."
It is a perspective on one of the many problems that Japan and the world now face in the age of COVID.
Story
新型コロナウイルスが猛威を振るう日本。
政府は、感染・重症化リスクの高い高齢者に対して、他人との接触を極力減らすよう特措法を改正した。
そんな日本で、孤独な生活を送る35歳のヨリコ。失業中で恋人も友人もなく、愛猫のチャコと遠くに暮らす母親だけが話し相手だ。
ある朝、悪夢から目覚めたヨリコは、自分の部屋に違和感を覚える。そしてその違和感は現実となり、次々に不思議な現象が起こり始める。
ヨリコの、長い1日の幕開けだった―。
The rate of COVID-19 cases is raging in Japan. The government has enacted a law to require older people at high risk of infection and severe illness to have as little contact as possible with others.
35-year-old Yoriko is unemployed, has no boyfriend or friends, and only lives with her cat, Chaco. Her mother, who lives far away, is the only person she talks to.
One morning, after waking from a nightmare, she feels strange in her room. The peculiar feeling becomes a reality, and odd phenomena occur one after another.
Yoriko's bizarre day has just begun...
